Raspberry granola pots
​This is a great evening snack! Raspberries is in season and they are delicious.
Granola
TIPS;
- You can use quark instead of greek yoghurt
- Strawberries is an alternative to raspberries. If using strawberries omit the icing sugar
- I used the juice of an orange
Raspberries greek yoghurt
Raspberry granola pots
4 servings
10 oz (300g) fresh raspberries
2 tbsp orange juice
1-2 tbsp icing sugar
1 16oz (400g) container greek yoghurt (vanilla) 
- Mash 2/3 of the raspberries with a fork and add orange juice and icing sugar.
- Start with 1 tbsp of iing sugar to see how much you need. The raspberry puree should be somewhat sour.
- Stir in the rest of the raspberries, cut in half.
- Alternate yoghurt and raspberries in small pots and top with granola.

Granola
1/2 cup (45g) old fashioned oats (large oats)
2 tbsp sliced almonds
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp salt
- Place almonds, oat, seeds, salt and cinnamon in a dry frying pan on medium high heat.
- Toast until lightly golden and the sunflower seeds starts to pop, about 4-5 minutes.
- Pour onto a plate to cool for a couple of minutes.
