Italian chicken ragu with fettuccine

I have collected a lot of cookbooks over the years but for some reason I don`t read them that much anymore.
I think the internett is to blame, you get so much inspiration from food sites and other food bloggers online.
But I have decided to make an effort to make some dishes from my cookbooks and first out is a recipe from Bill Granger
(my favorite!) cookbook Bill`s Italian. This chicken ragu is really tasty and delicious! 
It uses chicken thights which has more flavour than chicken breast and is a cheaper cut. At least where I live.
If you don`t have wine you can use dry cider. Remenber not to cook to much pasta,as you add the pasta to the sauce.
