Grilled rib eye with chimichurri sauce

Have a great summer! I will take a break from blogging this summer but I will be back in august when my blog has 5 years anniversary. You can still follow my instagram account where  I will be posting photos.
Chimichurri sauce
4 servings
1 handfull mint leaves
1 handfull parsley
1 handfull oregano leaves
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 garlic clove
1/2 red chilipepper
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2-3 tbsp olive oil

- Pour all the ingredients but olive oil into a foodprocessor or blender.
- Pulse until fine but not pureed. You can also finely chop the ingredients with a knife.
- Stir in olive oil and season to taste.
- Grill the flat irob steaks and serve with the fresh chimichurri sauce.
