Todays dinner. Grilled chicken and bacon sandwich with garic mayo and fresh pineapple. Yum!!
A fullfilling meal on it`s own, but I must admit I love fries. So thats what I serve on the side.

Grilled chicken bacon sandwich
For 2 servings you need
2 boneless chicken fillets
3 oz bacon slices
2 thick slices of sourdough bread
Gem lettuce
Onion, thinly sliced
Fresh pineapple, in slices
Garlic mayonnaise
Make the garlic mayonnaise first and let sit in the fridge.
Season chicken fillets in half. Fry chicken in some butter in a fryingpan on medium-high heat.
In another frying pan fry the bacon until crispy.
Take out lettuce, onion and pineapple.
Toast the bread in the oven or in a toaster.
Apply a dollop of garlic mayo on each slice of bread. Then lettuce, pineapple and onion.
Then chicken and crispy bacon. Dinner is ready, tuck in!
