If you have anyone with Coeliac disease in your family or amongst your friends, it can sometimes be hard
to bake for them. These oat muffins is agreat tip, easy to make and contains no regular flour.
You use gluten-free oats instead.
I have used chopped walnuts but feel free to add chopped dark chocolate as well.
Be careful with the equipment you use, it must be very clean and not have any old cake crumbs or batter on them.
You can of course make these with regular oats if you don`t need them to be glutenfree.
