Best cookies ever! Salted peanuts
Crunchy salted peanut cookies
1/3 cup + 2 tbsp butter
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup + 2 tbsp salted peanuts, roughly chopped
1/2 tsp bakingpowder
1/3 cup oats
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 oz dark or milk chocolate
1 tsp butter
Preheat oven to 350 F Line a baking sheet with parcement paper.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
Add the chopped peanuts and mix well. Add oat and bakingpowder, mix and then add the flour.
Work dough together and cut it into 24 pieces. Roll each to a ball. Place them on the baking sheet
with a litlle space between. Press down each cookie lightly with your finger.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden. Let cool on a wire rack.
