Happy Halloween!
Cookie dough frosting
For 12 cupcakes
1 stick butter, softened
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
4 tbsp whole milk
1 cup chocolate chips
With a hand mixer or a foodprossccesor with paddle attatchement cream together butter and sugar on medium speed. Add the vanilla , mix and add flour and salt and mix until smooth. Add the milk gradually until desired consistency and then beat until fluffy.
Fold in chocolate chips. Spoon your frosting in a piping bag with your choice of nozzle.
Frost the cooled cupcakes and decorate.
