Finally I recived Bill Grangers latest cook book Easy. I am a big fan of this Australian chef, his cook books
and his London restaurant. I have yet to visit his restaurants in Australia or Singapore.
In this book he takes a ingredient like a piece of chicken, a filet of fish, a steak, a pack of pasta,
a tin of beans, a block of chocolate etc and gives us a variety of recipes and tips for each one.
The ingredients is fairly easy to find in super or farmers markeds. I really love this book and its simplicity.
One of his best. The measurements is metrics as they are in Australia. I have already tried a recipe from the book which will be my next blog post.
