I made delicious chocolate chip mini muffins. I got a silicon mini muffins tray as a gift. It was really easy to use
I was surpised they didn`t stick to the pan. You can of course make this in regular size, makes 12.

Chocolate chip mini muffins
24 mini muffins
2 cups All-Purpose Flour
1/2 cup Sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1 cup milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
3/4 cup Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Crust
3 tbsp White Sugar
2 tbsp dark Brown Sugar
Mix together, set aside
Heat oven to 375 degrees F and line a 24 mini muffin tin with baking cups.
In a baking bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, chocolate chips and salt.
In another bowl whisk egg, vanilla, oil and milk. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix by hand
until all ingredients are just incorporated.
Fill the cups full with batter and sprinkle sugar mixture.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean. Check after 10 min so they don`t
overbake. Let cool for a minute before removing. Serve lukewarm.
