What a fantastic day, hot and sunny. I love to eat outside on my terrace.Everything taste better outside. Fired up the barbeque and grilled chicken burgers. Served them with a parmesan dressing on ciabatta bread. Really yummi
Chicken burger with parmesan dressing
4 servings
4 chicken fillets
1 egg yolk
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
3 tbsp single cream
1/2 chili, deseeded an finely chopped
salt and pepper
4 ciabatta
crispy lettuce
Red onion, sliced
Parmesan dressing
3/4 cup sour cream
4 tbsp mayonnaise
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Mix all ingrediens together in a small serving bowl/dish. Let it sit in the fridge until the chicken burgers is done.
Dice the chicken fillets and ground chicken with egg yolk, onion, chili and cream to in a blender or food proccessor. Season with salt and pepper. Make 4 patties and brush a little olive oil on each side.
Heat up the barbeque and grill the burgers until cooked through.
Cut the ciabatta in half, fill with lettuce, slices of red onion, the chicken pattie and top with parmesan dressing. Serve with baked or barbequed potatoes.
