I also made a white bean dip instead of the hummus, just to mix it up. Don`t get scared of the long list of ingredients, it is three separate dishes. And you will find that you have most of them already, at home. You can use ready made grated parmesan if you don`t want to buy a large piece. Use whatever type of mustard you have, but if you use a sweether type balance it out with some lemon juice and/or salt. You can also use apple cider vinegar if you like. Serves 4 with other tapas dishes.

Cannellini bean dip
1x 16 oz an cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
1 garlic cove, crushed
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp sea salt flakes
Freshly ground black pepper
Place all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor or blender and process until smooth. Pour into a serving bowl and sprinkle some freshly ground pepper and drizzle a little olive oil on top.

16 oz ground beef mince
1 egg
2 tbsp basil leaves, chopped
1 tsp fennel seeds, grounded
salt and pepper
Blend all the ingredients well together and roll into small meatballs
Heat some oliveoil in a large frying pan and cook the meatballs for 4-5 minutes on each sides until golden and cooked through.

1 ts mustard
1 tbsp plain yoghurt
Whisk the ingredienst together in a bowl.
