Easy to make baguettes. Best served freshly baked.
Baguettes
4 Baguettes
2 cups warm water ( 105 F)
2 tsp honey
2 tsp dry active yeast
3 cups bread flour
1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 tbsp salt

Pour in all the ingredients except salt in a kitchen aid fitted with a dough-hook attachment. 
Mix on medium speed for 5 minutes. Then add salt and mix another couple of minutes until 
smooth and elastic.
Cover with plastic,let sit to rise for 45 minutes.
Pour dough on a lightly floured surface. Do not knead. Divide dough into four pieces. 
Stretch each piece to a baguette and twist the dough.
Transfer to a baking sheet with parchment paper. Let them rise for another 20-30 minutes.
Heat the oven to 430 F.
Brush with water and bake for 10-15 minutes until crisp. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
