I like muffins. I like to bake them, I like to eat them and I like to make differt types of muffins.
Wholesome ones to bring to work or school or more sweeter ones to have with my evening tea.

Applesauce muffins
12 muffins
1 1/2 cup quick-oats
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup sweetened applesauce
1/2 cup milk
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg white
topping:
1 tbs butter, melted
1/4 cup quick oats
1 tbs brown sugar
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 400. Line a muffin tin with cups.
In a large bowl whisk together the dry ingredients.
In another bowl whisk together the wet ingredients.
Add the wet to the dry ingredients and slowly stir until just combined.
Do not overmix. Fill muffins cups with batter, 3/4 full.
Make the topping by mixing all the ingredients together. Sprinkle over the muffinbatter.
Bake for 15-18 minutes. A inserted toothpick should come out clean.
Transfer to wire rack to cool.
